We do not focus on receiving 5 starts where the charge person gives away gift cards to rate them 5-Stars. 5 star rating is outdated because it has low reliability, instead we use Likert Scales 1 through 7 (7 Stars), 1 being Strong Disagree and 7 being Strongly Agree. This approach will increase reliability, which raters will take time to think about before rate the services they received. Which one is easy to guess?
