2. Position:
Logistics Leader
· Work Location In person
· 8 hour shift
· Day shift only (08:30-17:30; include 60 minutes lunch)
· Monday through Friday
3. Job Summary:
The main key component of our business is trading parts from overseas to the semiconductor customers in the US, handling all operation processes, and providing them to the customers’ site in a timely manner. We are recruiting a self-motivated and enthusiastic operation professional. The ideal candidate is someone who has experience in trading and logistics.
4. Role and Responsibilities:
Establish a logistics process and warehouse operation & management
Import parts from overseas and sales to the US customer (customer PO / internal SO / Quotation management)
Monitor and adjust shipments schedule from local and overseas
Receive orders, manage shipment documents, custom clearance
Communicates with Headquarter, customers, engineers, and logistics-related partners to deliver the products in a timely manner
Report and set up countermeasures against any issues while operation (quality, delivery, etc.)
Keep inventory ledger up to date reflecting daily movements (G/R, G/I)
Monitor and analysis stock level to be replenished fulfilling the safety stock level set forth by the company
Generate inventory-related reports and plan for management
Perform all other functions requested that are within the scope of this job as deemed necessary or appropriate by the manager
5. Qualifications:
Logistics and or Supply chain management Degree and related certificates are pluses
over 5 years of experience in logistics, and the trading industry is a plus
Experience as a Leader of Logistics or Supply Chain Management
Experience using an ERP system
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a focus on finishing works in a timely manner
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented for data entry and excel file management
Ability to interact and communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers and customers
