We are looking for a passionate candidate who will work with us as a Logistics & SCM associate for GST America. This position requires inventory management, planning and forecasting, project management, procurement, local sourcing, and delivering parts from storage to on-site facilities (SAMSUNG AUSTIN SEMICONDUCTOR)

1.Work Schedule

Schedule: Mon- Friday (8 AM - 5 PM)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 hrs per week

2.Work Scope
-Maintain safe level of stock in the inventory system
-Deliver parts based on consumption & special needs to site from storage/off-site office
-Communicate with scrubber technicians and engineers on site
-Maintains cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
-Collaborate with GST HQ to streamline spare parts procurement processes
-Controlling flows of equipment and supplies
-Compiling Daily and Monthly inventory reports
-Planning and Forecasting
-Engaging in local sourcing by researching potential vendors or suppliers

3.Skills & Requirement
-Experience in inventory management is preferred but not required
-Must be able to work in the U.S. legally
-Must be able to lift more than 50 lbs
-Must be able to reach easily via phone
-Must be able to drive Full size cargo van
-Must have a valid driver's license
-Bilingual (Korean) but not required
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
-Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

2. 주요업무
-재고 시스템에서 안전 재고 유지
-현장 상황 및 특수 요구에 따라 사외창고 및 외부 사무실에서 파트 제공 및 전달
현장 엔지니어들과 테크니션들과의 소통
-사외/내 창고 정리정돈과 청결 유지
-파트 소모 현황 파악
-향후 재고 상황 예측하여 한국 본사와 소통하여 파트 출고요청
-일별 및 월별 재고 보고
-로컬 공급업체 조사 (현지조달)

 3.기술 및 요구사항

-재고관리 경험 우대
-미국에서 합법적으로 일할 수 있는 분 (미국 시민권, 영주권 소지자)
-Full size cargo van운전자 우대
-50 파운드 (23kg) 이상 들어올릴수 있는 자
-미국 운전면허증 소유자
-한국어와 영어 소통 가능해야함
-데이터 해석, 논리적인 결정을 내릴수 있는 강력한 분석 능력
-여러 업무와 우선 순위를 효과적으로 관리할수 있는 조직 능력
