SKL Accounting based in South Ausitn is looking for a PART-TIME CPA or experienced Tax senior associate with a tax background in individual and business tax returns. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Utilize tax expertise to prepare and file accurate tax returns for clients.
- Conduct tax research to ensure compliance with current tax laws and regulations.
- Provide tax planning advice to clients to minimize tax liabilities.
- Review financial documents and statements to identify tax-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to address tax-related inquiries and issues.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to provide informed guidance.
SKILL:
• 5+ experienced in tax filling (CPA, EA preferred, not required)
• BS in Accounting or Finance preferred
• Tax return experienced in Business (Partnership, Corporation, C-Corp, Trust/Estate)
• Experienced in Proseries
• Ability to self-review for individual and business tax returns
• Managing & supervising staff accountants
